You’re successful at everything—
except feeling safe enough to truly open up.
You’ve mastered achieving—but secretly struggle to feel seen or deeply connected, even with the people closest to you.
Your mind is constantly racing, replaying conversations, analyzing how you came across, and wondering if you were too much … or not enough.
You leave social gatherings feeling drained, unsure if you were liked—or quietly rejected.
You crave emotional intimacy, but put up walls making it impossible to get close to you.
A single piece of feedback can send you spiraling into shame, questioning your worth and replaying every mistake you’ve ever made.
You long for lighthearted fun and connection, but struggle to relax or feel present unless the conversation gets deep enough to feel safe.
You're exhausted from over-giving, overthinking, and over-performing... and still wondering why it doesn’t feel like enough.
The benefit of working together,
I will help you take off the old colored lens glasses your trauma created and hand you new a new pair with clear lenses. This way you can see your current world as it currently is, not how your nervous system remembers it to be.
You laugh without guilt, rest without shame, and finally feel free to take up space in your own life.
Conversations don’t leave you spiraling—you trust your presence is enough without needing to overanalyze every word.
You can enjoy connection without the need to be perfect… just present.
Your self-worth isn’t tied to productivity—you feel valuable even when you're resting.
You experience moments of real ease, real fun, and real peace—without needing to earn them.
Whether you prefer the deep focus of one-on-one support or the healing power of a shared space,
I offer both individual and group therapy to help you reconnect with yourself, create real balance, and
build meaningful relationships that don’t require perfection.
Private 1:1 support tailored to your unique story and pace. This is ideal if you want personalized attention to explore your patterns, reconnect with your body, and gently rebuild trust with yourself and others.
A safe space to realize you’re not alone. Group therapy offers connection, perspective, and shared healing for those navigating similar struggles—like perfectionism, people-pleasing, or feeling “too much.” It's powerful to be seen without needing to perform.
Hi, I'm Leah
I'm here to help you
find Peace
Extensively trained in complex trauma and how early
relationship wounds shape your current reality.
I know what it’s like to feel like you’re never enough, no matter how hard you try.
For years, I pushed myself to the limit—chasing perfection and silencing my own needs be accepted and loved.
My inner critic was relentless. I measured my value by external achievements, by how I looked, by how much I could achieve and earn. But no matter what I did, the feeling of “not being enough” never truly went away.
If you resonate with this—if you’ve spent your life proving, pleasing, or perfecting to earn love and safety—you’re not alone. When your early experiences taught you that love was conditional, that your emotions were too much, or that survival meant staying small, it makes sense that you learned to cope the way you did.
But healing is possible.
During my healing journey I learned to embody self-love and inner trust, and I could finally just be messy ole' me.
I want this for you! You don’t have to keep carrying these burdens alone. You can also learn to quiet the inner critic, trust yourself, and feel safe in your own skin. And I’m here to help you get there.
I integrate traditional therapy with somatic (body-based) and holistic approaches. This means we don’t just talk about your experiences—we also explore how they show up in your emotions, nervous system, and relationships. I use trauma-informed methods like parts work, inner child healing, and nervous system regulation to help you move beyond survival mode and into a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
Many of my clients have tried therapy before and felt like they didn’t get to the root of their struggles. My approach is different because I don’t just focus on symptom relief—I help you understand and heal the underlying patterns that have kept you stuck. We move beyond just coping into real transformation.
There’s no one-size-fits-all path to healing—what matters most is what feels supportive and sustainable for you right now.
Individual therapy may be right if you:
Prefer a private space to explore sensitive or complex experiences Need flexible scheduling or focused support.
Feel overwhelmed by the idea of opening up in front of others.
Want to dive deeply into personal patterns, trauma, or identity work.
Group therapy may be right if you:
Feel isolated in your struggles and want to connect with others who get it Benefit from shared experiences, feedback, and perspective.
Struggle with people-pleasing, vulnerability, or self-expression in relationships.
Are ready to be gently witnessed and supported without needing to have it all together.
Want a more affordable therapy option that still offers deep transformation.
Still not sure? You don’t have to decide alone. Let’s talk through it and see what feels like the best fit for where you are.
At this time I accept Aetna and Quest Behavioral Health.
If you have another provider, I can also help you get reimbursed for Out-Of-Network benefits.
I accept HSA payments.
